- Customers provide us with their certificates of business registration;
- Customers describe their requirements on the positions and recruitments;

- We interview and select possible candidates by multiple dimensions and means so as to check the competency of the candidate.
- We will prepare a summary on the best performers with the introduction on candidates and our comments on their performance.
