任职要求：
Responsibility:
1. Assist GM of China Region to contact engineering design company and communicating with the designers during the construction period. Direct and coordinate project construction on site.
2. Assist GM of China Region to research and source the equipments, instruments, raw materials and packing materials. Collect quotations samples and technical information and send to investors for approvals.
3. Learn and Train all the processes technology of strategy products. Assist GM of China Region to train operation staffs and workers for factory operation.
4. Assist GM of China Region to plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach in Wu Jiang city.
5. Under GM of China Region leadership to manager the purchasing activities of equipments, raw materials and packing materials.
6. Participate in the development of new project expansion proposals.
7. Participate in the establishment and implement short and long-range production goals and objectives.
8. Assist GM of China Region to supervise the planning and development of factory production, maintenance and expansion.
9. Assist GM of China Region to develop annual and five year production plans for the factory.

Request:
1. University degree, chemical or chemical engineering background.
2. Above 5 years management, 8 years chemical production, engineering management experience.
3. Experience in project setup and engineering construction. Knowledge of designing, government approvals applying, civil engineering, equipment installation and piping. Knowledge of equipments, raw materials sourcing and purchasing.
4. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to complete quality project within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage and direct startup of new factory.
5. Excellent English and Good computer skills, ERP (SAP) required.
6. Good communication/ Management/ Technology skills.
